Purpose
You can create quality notifications on certain occasions, for example, for:
Complaints against a vendor
Customer complaints
Internal problems
The SAP system can automatically store defect data from the quality inspection as quality notifications.
Integration
If you want to record quality notifications, you also need to select the component Basic Data .
