Planning Layout for Primary Cost Planning
When you define the planning layout for primary cost planning, you specify the following:
The characteristics for which plan values can be entered (such as cost element or cost object)
The time base of the general cost object as specified in the cost object category must be
periodic
.
The standard planning layout for primary cost planning is 1-G01 .

Planning Layout for Activity Type Planning
When you define the planning layout for activity type planning, you specify the following:
The characteristics for which plan values can be entered (such as cost center, activity type, or cost element)
Which key figures can be entered (such as planned costs in the controlling area currency, planned consumption)
The time base of the general cost object as specified in the cost object category must be
periodic
.
The standard planning layout for activity type planning is 1-G02 .

Planning Layout for Statistical Key Figures
When you define the planning layout for statistical key figures, you specify the following:
The text that appears in the
statistical key figures
column
Which key figures can be entered (such as planned value or actual value)
The time base of the general cost object as specified in the cost object category must be
periodic
.
The standard planning layout for statistical key figures is 1-I01 .
