NF metal rates must be defined so that appropriate rates can be applied in pricing. The exchange ratesyou can define using this function are used in pricing and depend on a rate determination key and an exchange key.
You can store a stock/metal exchange rate for each NF key. Your input is dependent on client, company code or sales organization, currency, exchange key and rate type. A distinction is made between the following rate types:
day rate
,
monthly average rate
and
posting period rate
.
You can maintain three different rates. In Customizing of
NF Sales & Distribution
you can specify which of the three rates a rate determination key accesses in each sales organization at
Maintain Rate Determination Keys for SD
.
Note
If you enter the
Reference rate date
, the rate on this date is used as the default value.
The stock/metal exchange rate plus procurement surcharge is referred to as the total rate.
Note
If you change the procurement surcharge at a later time, this has no effect on total rates already maintained.
Choose
.Enter the sales organization or company code depending on the level on which you want to maintain the rates. If you leave both fields blank, rates are maintained on client level.
