shows you the car rental providers with branch offices at the location requested that have vehicles available for the relevant time period.
Depending on the selected display strategy for car rental requests, you see either a list of providers only or a results list with the providers offered for selection plus information on the vehicle with the lowest rate for each provider. (In Customizing for

You can choose a vehicle in this dialog box. The vehicle will appear in your travel plan with the status

Rate type |
Car rental rate based on the time period. The following rate types are used: DAILY, WEEKLY, WEEKEND, MONTHLY |
DAILY |
Rate is charged on a daily basis. A day is defined as a period of up to 24 hours and 59 minutes. |
WEEKLY |
Flat rate for a time period of at least 5 days. |
WEEKEND |
Weekend rate that is charged per day. This rate has the following requirements: Rental duration of 1 to 4 days Pickup by customer after 12 noon Thursday to Sunday Dropoff by customer by 12 noon Monday There is a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday within the time the car is rented |
MONTHLY |
Daily or flat-rate price for a total rental duration of at least 28 days. The customer is not obligated to rent the car for more than 31 days. |
ACRIS code |
Industry-specific code describing vehicle specifications with regard to the following criteria: Vehicle class(E = Economy, I = Intermediate, etc.)
Since the vehicle class of the rental car is taken directly from the reservation system, it is not necessarily the same as the car rental classes defined by your company in Customizing (see Customizing for
Vehicle type(C = Two or four doors, S = Sports car, etc.) Transmission typeA = Automatic, M = Manual Air conditioningR = Air conditioning, N = No air conditioning The relevant codes are named in this order in the vehicle description and then the meaning of the codes is described. |
Price |
Price based on the rate type. The price is displayed in the currency defined by the car rental provider. |
Status: On request |
For technical reasons, the reservation option for the vehicle cannot be guaranteed by the car rental provider. If the system successfully selects the vehicle, you receive a success message and the car rental request is shown in your travel plan with the status
