Dialog Method: Creation of Orders For a Campaign (M/AM)

Use

You can use the CreateWithCampaign dialog method for the Advertising Management Sales Document ( BUSISM008) business object to create advertising orders for campaigns using template orders .

Integration

If you are using SAP CRM integration for Campaign Management , you can use the dialog method in the SAP for Media Customer Interaction Center (CIC) and in the SAP CRM Interaction Center (IC). The dialog method can be accessed here from the Select a Marketing Campaign BSP application:

If you are not using the SAP CRM integration, you can use the dialog method in the SAP for Media CIC to enter orders for campaigns using template orders. However, campaign management cannot take place with campaign planning and analysis in this case, because the SAP CRM marketing functions are not available.

Prerequisites

You assigned template orders to the campaigns when you created them.

Features

Template orders belonging to the campaign are available for selection when you access the dialog method. A copying variant, which defines which data is copied from the template order, is assigned to each template order. When you select a template order, Document Processing appears where you can change or add to the data copied from the template order.

Note Note

If you have selected a copying variant, which copies the sold-to party and advertiser in the template order, the dialog method replaces the sold-to party and advertiser in the template order with the business partner identified in the Business Partner Search .

If you have selected a copying variant, which does not copy the sold-to party and advertiser, a dialog box appears on which you enter the business partner data.

End of the note.

If the selected campaign references SAP CRM, the campaign ID is automatically copied to the order being created. If the campaign does not reference SAP CRM, the ID is not copied to the order being created.
