 Displaying a Scheduling Overview Using List Editing

Procedure

You can also use the list editing functions for maintenance plans and maintenance items to display the scheduling overview:

  1. In the maintenance planning menu , choose one of the following options:

    • Start of the navigation path Maintenance Plans Next navigation step List Editing Next navigation step Change End of the navigation path

    • Start of the navigation path Maintenance Plans Next navigation step List Editing Next navigation step Display End of the navigation path

    • Start of the navigation path Maintenance Plans Next navigation step Maintenance Items Next navigation step List Editing Next navigation step Change End of the navigation path

    • Start of the navigation path Maintenance Plans Next navigation step Maintenance Items Next navigation step List Editing Next navigation step Display End of the navigation path

      You reach the Selection Criteria screen.

  2. Enter the necessary data and start the program by using Start of the navigation path Program Next navigation step Execute. End of the navigation path

    The system creates a list of maintenance items or maintenance plans which correspond to your criteria.

  3. Select the maintenance items or plans you require and choose Start of the navigation path Goto Next navigation step Scheduling Overview and Simulation. End of the navigation path

    Note Note

    If you display the scheduling overview and simulation in list editing mode, you cannot make any changes.

    If you display the graphical scheduling overview or simulation directly , you can make changes in the simulation mode.
