During the archiving process, the following checks are made in the background:
Checks for the archiving RE_BUILDING
Checks in the Preparatory Program |
|
What is checked? |
Background |
Has the deletion flag (DLFL) status been set on the relevant buildings? |
Deletion indicators can only be set for buildings with the DLFL status Note You must set the deletion flag manually for each building using The SOBJ status is not allowed to be active: assigned rental units must have the status DLFL
The building hierarchy is not taken into account; the DLFL status must be set for all subordinate buildings End of the note. |
Are all subordinate buildings in the main building archived? |
Prerequisite for the archiving of main buildings with hierarchies |
Are all assigned meters deleted? |
Prerequisite for the archiving of buildings An error message is issued for each measuring point available Note For 4.0C, the meters from the PM cannot (yet) be activated. The correct procedure for deleting is as follows: End of the note.
|
Are all rental units in the relevant building archived? |
Prerequisite for the archiving of buildings |
Have all assigned third-party objects in the relevant building the system status DLFL or DLIN or are these objects already archived? |
Prerequisite for the archiving of buildings Note Third-party objects could be: End of the note.
|
Is the object balance of the relevant building = 0? |
Is a general CO planned for the system meaning that if a CO settlement is implemented then the building should have an object balance of zero The control is via the application status that can prevent the archiving if the balance in not equal to 0 (see
|
Has the residence time 1 elapsed since the deletion flag (DLFL) has been set? |
The deletion indicators can only be set once the residence time 1 has elapsed (Customizing setting) |
Has the building been assigned a management contract? |
A warning is issued but archiving and deleting are still possible |
Checks in the Archiving Program |
|
What is checked? |
Background |
Is the deletion indicator (system status DLIN) set on the selected buildings? |
The deletion indicator is the prerequisite for deleting buildings that are archived |
Has the residence time 2 elapsed since the deletion indicator (DLIN) has been set? |
Buildings with the deletion indicator can only be archived and deleted once the residence 2 time has elapsed (Customizing setting) |
Has the object been assigned a management contract? |
The object cannot be archived as long as the relevant management contract is being processed If the contract is being processed, the object is not archived (it is kept in the log); it will be archived in the next archiving run |
