 Contact History

Use

The Contact History (CONT_HIST) component is used to display contacts for a call center agent.

Integration

Contacts are also displayed in the Business Object Display and Data Environment components. However, they are related to a call or a business partner and not a call center agent here.

Contacts that can be displayed in the Business Object Display and the Data Environment can also be edited using the context menu (right mouse click).
