You can have candidates assigned to a requisition ranked by the system according to various criteria. You specify the relevant ranking criteria. The program then ranks the candidates and lists the results for each candidate. You can use the rankings as a decision-making aid when assessing the suitability of the candidate for an open position.
You can use the following rankings:
Ranking for Requisition and Candidate
When you create this ranking, you obtain a list in which the candidates are ranked as follows:
The suitability of the candidate in relation to the current requisition
The ranking of the candidate, irrespective of the requisition assignment
Note
The candidate and the assignment can both be ranked by different recruiters. The list always contains the average value of all submitted rankings. The system calculates this according to the weightings that were stored in the relevant ranking scales using Customizing. For more information, see Ranking under the Prerequisites section. For each average value, you can view the data for all single values in list form.
The ranking is based on the answers that candidates provided to questions in a specific questionnaire.
The ranking is based on the extent to which candidate data matches the weighted search criteria for a specific search query. The system uses the Ranking function to calculate the ranking results.
