The
Flight Availability
dialog box displays the currently available flight connections and flight classes for the required route. When you select a flight, it is then prereserved for a certain period of time and is available for online booking.
You can find the following information in the Flight Availability dialog box. To see a description of the field, hold the cursor over the field for a few seconds until a quick info text appears. In the
Flight number
column, the quick info text also displays information about the aircraft type of the connection.
First class (F) |

Economy class (E) |
An economy rate that does not have any restricting conditions. |
Special rate (S) |
A particularly cheap economy rate with possible restrictions for transfers and cancellations. The distinction between economy rate with and without restrictions only appears when you are connected to the AMADEUS reservation system. |
Operating airline |
Some flights are operated by several airlines jointly. If the operating airline is not the same as the official offering airline, then the operating airline is included in parentheses after the flight number. |
Waiting list |
Some airlines offer a waiting list in case a flight is fully booked but a seat may become vacant as a result of the move-up procedure. If you book a flight on the waiting list, you can view the current booking status when you call the travel plan for processing in the SAP system at a later date. Flight duration |
The duration of the flight including all non-flying times. The time in parentheses underneath shows the flight duration without time spent on the ground for change-planes connections. The time on the ground for stopover flights is, however, not excluded in this calculation of flight duration. |

The number of stopovers. |
