 Campaign-Supported Order Entry

Use

You can use this function to enter advertising and subscription orders supported by campaigns.

Integration

If you are using SAP CRMintegration for Campaign Management , you can perform campaign-supported order entry in the SAP Media Customer Interaction Center (CIC ) and in the SAP CRM Interaction Center (IC ). During this process, the call center agent can identify which campaigns are performed in an organization and which campaigns are assigned to a customer. They can select the campaign to which the customer has responded. During order entry, they can use template documents that have been assigned to the selected campaign. The system enters the order data from the template documents and writes the campaign ID automatically to the order items being created.

If you are not using the SAP CRMintegration, you can use the function in the SAP for Media CICto enter orders for campaigns using template documents. However, campaign management with campaign planning and campaign analysis is not possible in this context, since you do not have access to the SAP CRMmarketing functions.

You have created campaigns and made the settings required for dialog methods and BSP applications in Customizing .
