You want to create, modify or delete companies or branches of a company in the system.

You are an Administrator and have the relevant authorizations as stored in the E-Recruiting Administrator role.
Choose
Companies
on your start page.The system displays a list of all companies entered in the E-Recruiting system.
Select a company and choose
Edit
. Change the description of the company if necessary.
Save your entries.
Choose
New Entry
to create a new company. Enter the company ID and the name of the company.
Save your entries.
Choose
Branches
on your start page. The system displays a list of all company branches entered in the E-Recruiting system. You can restrict the display, if necessary, by specifying appropriate selection criteria.
Choose
Create Branch
.
Enter the data for the branch. Assign the branch to a company.
Save your entries.
Select a branch and choose
Edit
to change the branch data.
Save your entries.
Select a branch and choose
Delete
to delete a branch from the E-Recruiting system.
You have maintained the data for your companies and branches. These are displayed to the user, for example, in selection lists.
