 Maintaining Companies or Branches

Use

You want to create, modify or delete companies or branches of a company in the system.

Alternatively, you can maintain companies and branches using the Implementation Guide (IMG) for SAP E-Recruiting (IMG activities Define Companies and Define and Assign Branches to Companies ).

Prerequisites

You are an Administrator and have the relevant authorizations as stored in the E-Recruiting Administrator role.

Procedure

Maintain companies

Choose Companies on your start page.The system displays a list of all companies entered in the E-Recruiting system.

  • Select a company and choose Edit . Change the description of the company if necessary.

    Save your entries.

  • Choose New Entry to create a new company. Enter the company ID and the name of the company.

    Save your entries.

Maintain branches

Choose Branches on your start page. The system displays a list of all company branches entered in the E-Recruiting system. You can restrict the display, if necessary, by specifying appropriate selection criteria.

  • Choose Create Branch .

    Enter the data for the branch. Assign the branch to a company.

    Save your entries.

  • Select a branch and choose Edit to change the branch data.

    Save your entries.

  • Select a branch and choose Delete to delete a branch from the E-Recruiting system.

Result

You have maintained the data for your companies and branches. These are displayed to the user, for example, in selection lists.
