You can maintain cost element master records using time-based dependencies (see: Time-Based Dependencies of Master Data ). The following time-based dependencies are possible in the SAP System:
Time independent (I)
Fiscal-year-based time dependency (Y)
Period-based time dependency (P)
Day-based time dependency (D)

You can add user-defined additional fields to cost element master data. To do this, use the enhancement COOMKA01

. You can maintain the additional fields on a tab page in the relevant individual processing of the master data. You can use these additional fields to select master data in selection variants for deletion or for list display
