 Travel Plan

Definition

The Travel Plan object constitutes the basis for all actions in Travel Planning . In order to start price and availability queries and book travel services, you need to have created a travel plan for the trip. General trip data such as the personnel number, destination, reason for the trip, and the trip activity are stored in the travel plan.

Each travel plan is stored in the system with a trip number that identifies it uniquely, so that booked travel services have a unique assignment. The assignment of the travel services is also used for the object-specific transfer of the data to Travel Expenses . The travel plan thus has the same number as the trip to be settled.
