Use

In the overview of travel plans in the planning manager, you can cancel entire travel plans. When you do so, all travel services booked in the plan are cancelled at the same time. Travel plans must be cancelled before they can be deleted.

You can cancel car rental and flight reservations at any time, as long as no ticket has been issued. Depending on the provider, cancellation fees may be charged if a ticket has been issued.
