Displaying a Scheduling Algorithm for a Maintenance Call

Use

For each scheduled call in the call history, the system has created a scheduling algorithm. This algorithm provides an overview of the scheduling information that determined a particular maintenance call.

The scheduling algorithm shows you the following:

  • Scheduling Parameters

  • Status

  • Actual data

  • Planned data

  • Shift factor

Since the actual and planned completion dates are displayed in the scheduling algorithm, you can easily compare deviations between these dates, and if necessary, specify to what extent they should be taken into account when you reschedule your maintenance plan.

Procedure

  1. Call up the maintenance plan scheduling and choose the tab page Scheduled Calls.

  2. To display the scheduling algorithm of a maintenance call, select the maintenance call and choose Call Algorithm.

  3. The system displays the scheduling algorithm for the call you selected.

  4. In the maintenance call history you can display the scheduling algorithms for further maintenance calls. For this, choose:

  5. Next Call

    Previous Call

  6. Exit the function.
