Data concerning a requisition is stored in this infotype.

Note Note

From a technical point of view, a succession plan is a requisition ; hence the data for the succession plan is stored in the infotype 5125. However, not all possible data is relevant in Succession Planning.

Use

In Succession Planning, data that the manager or the succession planner enters when creating a succession plan is saved in this infotype.

Structure

In this infotype, the following data is stored for a requisition:

  • Requisition Title (title of the succession plan)

  • Requisition Type (requisition for Succession Planning)

  • Requisition Alias (not used in Succession Planning)

  • Notes on requisition (points to a text in the document storage for HR objects)

  • Job

  • Number of Jobs Offered (not used in Succession Planning)

  • Organizational Unit

  • Cost center to which costs that arise from the requisition can be posted (not used in Succession Planning)

  • Holding Companies (companies that are assigned to the requisition through the branch)

  • Interest Group

  • Application Close (not used in Succession Planning)

  • Process Template (contains the activities that are to be performed on the succession plan (requisition) for candidacies)

  • Requisition Status

  • Status Reason

  • Status Requested for Requisition

  • Requested Status Reason

  • User Name (of person requesting the status change)

  • End of Retention Period (the situation can occur that a requisition and all related objects must be retained for a specific minimum period of time, due to legal regulations - not relevant for Succession Planning)

  • Retention Period Maintained Manually (the recruiter can enter a date up to which the requisition and all related objects are to be retained - not relevant for Succession Planning)

  • Subarea of E-Recruiting (Succession Planning)

  • Identifier of Job Assignment Activity in HR System (not relevant for Succession Planning)
