 Changing Candidate Profiles

Use

You want to change the data that a candidate stored in his or her profile. You would do this, for example, if the candidate asked you in the course of a telephone interview to change information in his or her profile.

Prerequisites

You are a succession planner and have access to the candidate’s profile.

You can change the candidate profile, for example, with regard to the following:

  • Succession Planning (list of assignments of candidates to a succession plan)

  • Talent Relationship Management (list of assignments of candidates to a talent group)

Procedure

  1. Select a candidate .

  2. Choose Candidate Profile .

    The system opens the Data Maintenance Employee view.

  3. Change the information in the profile.

    Note Note

    Employees’ Personal Data and Communication Data cannot be changed via the SAP E-Recruiting system. This data comes from the connected HR system and any necessary changes must be made there.

  4. Save your entries.

Result

The changed data is saved in the candidate profile.
