You want to change the data that a candidate stored in his or her profile. You would do this, for example, if the candidate asked you in the course of a telephone interview to change information in his or her profile.
You are a succession planner and have access to the candidate’s profile.
You can change the candidate profile, for example, with regard to the following:
Succession Planning (list of assignments of candidates to a succession plan)
Talent Relationship Management (list of assignments of candidates to a talent group)

The system opens the
Data Maintenance Employee
view.
Change the information in the profile.

Employees’
Personal Data
and
Communication Data
cannot be changed via the
SAP E-Recruiting
system. This data comes from the connected HR system and any necessary changes must be made there.
Save your entries.
The changed data is saved in the candidate profile.
