Function documentationElectronic Time Clock Sheet (Report HBRTMSH0)

 

You use this report to view the original clock-in and -out records made by the employee in the electronic time register (REP), as well as records included manually in the electronic time clock recording system (SREP). The report generates files that comply with the structure and content stipulated by Ordinance 1510, from August 21, 2009, which governs the SREP.

Prerequisites

In the Planned Working Time (0007) infotype, you have selected the Time evaluation of actual times option for the employee in the Employee Time Management Status field.

The employee is active and has a record in the Documents (0465) infotype, PIS/PASEP (0006) subtype.

You have run the following reports: SREP: Data Import from Electronic Time Register (HBRTMIF0) and SREP: Mass Update of Reason for Exclusion of Time Events (HBRTRPA0).

You have made the settings in Customizing for Payroll by choosing Start of the navigation path Payroll: Brazil Next navigation step Electronic Time Clock Recording System (SREP) Next navigation step Define Absence Code End of the navigation path.

You have defined the work schedule of the employee in Customizing by choosing:

Features

Selection

You can enter standard selection criteria, for example, a time period or a range of personnel numbers.

Output

The report generates the electronic time clock sheet. The header with information about employers and employees is displayed only in the first page of data for each employee.

In the Contractual schedules of employee section of the sheet, the workday with two or more breaks takes more than one line of the table. Flexible times or breaks in a workday are indicated with an asterisk.

In the Period section of the sheet, the records added in or excluded from the system after the data import from REP are displayed in Processings of original data column. The workday that starts in one day and finishes the following day takes more than one line of the table.

After you view the time clock sheet, you can select the Exit button to view the employees who were not processed by the report and the reason for this.
