The archiving object RE_PROPRTY comprises of all data (database tables) due for the archiving of one or several buildings.

Owner settlements cannot be carried out on archived properties. This problem is also not important for our purposes since archiving is not applied to periods of time which have not fully elapsed
Management contracts have to deal with archived objects in a special manner. In addition to this, the JARCHIVE flag is set in the assignment table VIVW05
