You have the required authorization that can be controlled using the following objects:

Rating (for reports with reference to a specification)
Validity area (for reports with reference to a specification)
In report shipping, the SAP system also checks whether you have authorization for the sales organization to which the report is to be sent.
You have installed the current version of Windows Wordprocessor Integration (WWI).
To display inbound reports, you have installed on your front end an application that can output the format of the inbound reports (see Setting Up Shipping of Reports in Any Format ).

A selection screen is displayed where you can determine reports according to various criteria. All reports found are displayed in a report tree .
You can also select inbound documents using criteria such as by specification, report category, or report generation variant.

You can branch to the

hit list from various specification displays. The reports and inbound documents assigned to the relevant specifications are displayed. You can access the
report information system

Reports are displayed and printed in Microsoft Word. The SAP system assigns default values for the symbol type

Note
You can print the report in Microsoft Word.
In addition, you can select several reports in the report tree. You then send them to an SAP system printer via the SAP spool.
