Purpose

An unregistered candidate can use this process to submit an application for a job posting if the candidate knows the relevant reference code or at least part of the reference code.

Process Flow

You choose the Apply Directly function.

You enter the reference code or part of the reference code for the job posting in the Reference Code Search .

The system displays a list of the job postings found.

You select an entry and choose the Apply function.

The system opens the application wizard .

You store your name and e-mail address and acknowledge the data privacy statement.

Alternatively, if you are already registered in the Talent Warehouse, you can log on to the system with your user name and password and then continue with the application. You choose the function application wizard. In this way, it may not be necessary for you to enter your entire profile again.

You enter your data using the application wizard.

You specify the application source (where you found out about the vacancy concerned) and then send your application.

The system sends a confirmation of receipt to your e-mail address using a workflow (see http://aiokeh.wdf.sap.corp:1080/SAPIKS2/content_get.sap?TMP_IWB_TASK=PREVIEW&_CLASS=IWB_EXTHLP&_LOIO=B10DE0005DAC9E4E9F7A9243E548C411&RELEASE=672&LANGUAGE=ENWorkflow After Status Changes to E-Recruiting Objects sa).

Result

You have entered and sent your application for a job posting. The recruiter responsible will check your application and get in touch with you.
