The addresses used in purchasing documents (i.e. vendor address for normal and one-time vendors, delivery address, and storage location address) are administered using the Business Address Services (BAS) facility of the SAP System.

You can store data such as the following:
Several telephone and fax numbers
E-mail addresses
Address details such as the district of a city or relevant building or part of a building complex
You can choose addresses from Business Address Services (with the option of changing them in the purchasing document) via the menu
