Activity category that classifies activities the recruiter uses to send letters to candidates.
Note
The activities in the
Simple Correspondence
category do not refer to an activity in the
Qualifying Event
category or the
Questionnaire
category.
Letter templates are assigned to the activities in the
Simple Correspondence
category. You can create and send letters to candidates using the activities. In general, you must customize the letter templates to do this. For more information about using the activities and the letter templates, see
Correspondence
.

You use this function to open the letter in the Editor. You can customize the letter.
Change Letter Section
You can use this function to customize the changeable letter section that is displayed.
Display Letter
You use this function to view the letter.
Reset Letter
You use this function to undo the changes that you made to the letter using the Editor.
Notes
On this tab page you can store notes for an activity.
If the activity is used in TRM, then this information is available to you and all other recruiters. If the activity is used in the Recruitment process, then this information is available to you and the other members of the support team for the associated requisition and/or application.
Attachments
This tab page enables you to upload documents.

E-Mail Attachments
This tab page enables you to upload documents that you want to send to candidates with the letter by e-mail.
