  Support Team

The support team is the group of persons involved in processing a requisition, application, or talent group. The person who creates the requisition or talent group or who enters an application manually is automatically assigned to the support team. All members of the support team have access to the requisition, application, or talent group.

The authorizations for processing the requisition, application, or talent group can vary, depending on the authorization profile of the team members. For example, it can happen that a team member cannot personally release a requisition. In this case, the change of status must be requested from a team member with the appropriate authorization.

At least one member must be assigned to the support team because otherwise no one has access to the requisition, application, or talent group.
