Batch Where-Used Lists for Combined Orders

Use

You may need to trace batches when you are working with combined orders. You can access the where-used list in the usual way from Inventory Management, or you can use the Mill Products function where-used list for original batches , which can also be used for normal batches.

Integration

Whichever means of access you choose, the list is displayed in a hierarchy.

Features

If you execute a batch where-used list for a component that was issued for a combined order, the goods issue is displayed several times. The actual goods issue of the component for the combined order is displayed first, with the original orders and their allocated batches in the subsequent levels of the hierarchy. The system does not simply display the order number of the original order, it also refers to the combined order. The combined order simply displays its own number.
