 Checking Availability of PRTs

Use

If you require production resources/tools (PRTs) to execute a maintenance order, you can check which of the assigned PRTs are available at the required time.

Procedure

If some of the PRTs are not available for either an operation or an order, you can display the error log containing detailed data on the result of the check with Start of the navigation path Goto Next navigation step Logs Next navigation step PRT availability End of the navigation path.

Checking the PRT Availability for an Individual Operation

  1. Select the required order, call up the operation overview, and select the required operations.

  2. Choose PRT.

    The PRT List for Operation screen appears for the first operation selected.

  3. Select the PRTs required and control their availability using Start of the navigation path ProdRes/Tools Next navigation step Functions Next navigation step PRT availability End of the navigation path.

  4. The system checks whether the selected PRTs are available at the time required and informs you in an online message of the result of the check.

  5. To check the availability of PRTs for the next operation selected, choose Next operation, and proceed as described above.

Checking PRT Availability for an Entire Order

  1. Choose the required order.

  2. Choose Start of the navigation path Order Next navigation step Functions Next navigation step Availability Next navigation step ProdRes/Tools End of the navigation path.

The system checks whether the selected PRTs, which have been assigned to the order in its operations, are available at the required time, and informs you in an online message of the result of the check.
