Storage of Data in Talent Warehouse

Purpose

This process enables candidates to register in the Talent Warehouse and store their resume details there. The following data is included in the candidate profile:

  • Personal data, such as name and date of birth

  • Communication data, such as place of residence and e-mail address

  • Education

  • Professional background

  • Qualifications

  • Preferences with regard to the future work relationship

The candidates can then release their completed profiles. Releasing the candidate profile makes it accessible to others in the Talent Pool of the Talent Warehouse. Recruiters can find the candidate when searching the Talent Pool and then display the data.

Candidates can revoke the profile release whenever they choose and thus prevent further access to their data. Candidates can delete their registration in the Talent Warehouse at any time. Candidates who delete their registration can no longer access the Talent Warehouse.

Note Note

The following process flow is based on interfaces that are displayed using BSP technology. The interfaces of candidate scenarios that are based on Web Dynpro ABAP may differ slightly. These scenarios are identified accordingly in the documentation. For information about candidate scenarios that are based on Web Dynpro ABAP, see Candidate Services (Web Dynpro ABAP) .
