 Activating Advance Payment/Flat Rates Adjustment

  1. Choose Start of the navigation path Accounting Next navigation step Real estate management Next navigation step Rental management Next navigation step Service charge settlement End of the navigation path

  2. In the menu item, choose:

    1. Start of the navigation path Service charge settlement Next navigation step Operating costs / Heating expenses Next navigation step / Next navigation step Operat./ Heating expense Next navigation step Adjust AP/flat rate Next navigation step Activate AP/flat rate End of the navigation path

    2. Or, Start of the navigation path External heating exp. Stt. Next navigation step Settlement result Next navigation step Adjust AP Next navigation step Activate AP adjustment End of the navigation path

    You can vary the adjustment by means of the Valid from date field and the Activate immediately? indicator on the selection screen.

    Procedure

    Copy calculated adjustment without changing amounts and validity date

    Do not fill in the Valid from date field

    Set Activate immediately? indicator

    Copy calculated adjustment without changing amounts but with new validity date

    Enter new validity date in the Valid from date field

    Set Activate immediately? indicator

    Change validity date and amount before activating

    Do not fill in the Valid from date field

    Do not set Activate immediately? indicator

  4. Enter the ID of the adjustment you require

  5. Choose Execute

Result

An overview of the adjusted advance payments/flat rates is displayed for further processing.

Edit adjustment (change amount/create approval/rejection / the adjustment runs that can be manually changed are defined in Customizing for Real Estate

The required adjustment and then Detail

Exclude individual adjustments from being activated.

A flagged adjustment and then Start of the navigation path Edit Next navigation step Selection on/off End of the navigation path

Reset all selections or reselect all adjustments

Deselect all or Select all function (for adjustments subject to approval, only those agreements are selected for which an approval date has been entered)

Do not activate

Choose Back

Activate all selected adjustments

Choose Activate

The adjustment is thus copied to the respective lease-outs or rental units as a new condition item with the specified date
