Fields for Selecting, Sorting, and Searching

The standard system already contains fields for the selection, sort, and search functions. You can change them as you wish. The fields are specified separately for the account types "customer", "vendor", and "G/L". You can therefore specify which fields are relevant, specific to the account type.

In addition, you can specify the sequence of the fields on the selection screen. You place the fields that you require most often at the top of the field list.
