Carrying Out Rental Unit Mass Changes

Prerequisites

The system status or user status allows changes to the rental unit.

Procedure

Starting from the general menu, choose Start of the navigation path Accounting Next navigation step Real estate management Tools RU mass change. End of the navigation path

Change field values manually	Make mass changes
Automatic change of numerical field values	Calculate field values using formula
Change field values using ABAP subroutine (FORM routine)	Determine new field values with a FORM routine
Add new field values	Create new records

Result

The change records for the rental unit are posted.

If any one error message class Error ( E ) is generated for a rental unit, then the rental unit is not updated.
