Standard Follow-Up Functions (Activities)
Use
The action box contains several standard follow-up functions that you can use to help you process a notification problem. When you execute one of these follow-up functions, the system documents the execution of the function as an activity for the notification header.

Solution database |
You can use this function to search the solution database for symptoms and solutions that may be similar to the problem you are currently processing. If you find a symptom/solution in the database that applies to the problem in your current notification, you can:
