 Real Estate Set Maintenance

Use

This is used for editing general variants ( sets ) for selecting Real Estate objects for various reports.

Features

You can usually accrue/defer reports using report variants. Variants refer to reports and are created for specific accruals/deferrals of a report so it is not possible to use the same variants for different reports.

With sets you can use accruals/deferrals more than once.

When you run a report in Real Estate, you can use sets for accrual/deferral instead of the select options.

The set building can be used for:

  • Business entities

  • Properties

  • Buildings

  • Rental units

  • Lease-outs

  • Management contracts

  • Settlement units

A set is identified by its set name and the object class to which the set belongs.

Activities

You can create and edit sets in the following ways:

  • From every Real Estate object you call via Selection via sets ( create and change )

  • Call Start of the navigation path Accounting Next navigation step Real estate management Next navigation step Tools Next navigation step Set maintenance End of the navigation path

    • Maintain sets ( create and change )

    • Set maintenance in background (create via select criteria but the set cannot be edited any further in this transaction)
