 Area Change Adjustment: Printing Letter

Prerequisites

  • You have implemented the adjustment.

  • You have defined the standard letter and correspondence activity category

SAP delivers standard letters for rent adjustments. You can create your own standard letters (refer to: Correspondence ).

Procedure

  1. Starting from the general menu, choose Start of the navigation path Accounting Next navigation step Real estate management Next navigation step Rent adjustment Next navigation step Area change Next navigation step Print. End of the navigation path

  2. Enter your selection criteria and choose Execute.

Result

The system prints the letters on adjustments for those lease-outs selected by means of their user identification.

The standard SAP letters inform the tenants about the planned rent adjustments.
