Use
Mass notices on active lease-outs.
Procedure
Starting from the initial screen, choose
Accounting
Real estate management
Rental
Termination of several lease-outs.
Enter your selection criteria and choose
Execute
.
Result
You select the contracts to be terminated according to the normal selection criteria. They are then displayed in the selection list. Contracts marked green indicate that the notice date determined for that particular contract match your selection criteria. Contracts marked red do not match your selection criteria.
If you press
'Give notice
', all selected contracts are terminated according to the notice data specified.
The results are written to a log.
