  Checking a Posting Run

Prerequisites

You can only check posting runs if the system generated trip transfer documents when the posting run was created.

Procedure

  1. Choose Manage Posting Runs .

    The Posting Run Management screen appears .

  2. Select the posting run you want to check.

  3. Choose Start of the navigation path Edit Next navigation step Check End of the navigation path .

    After the check, a list of the documents checked is displayed.

  4. To return to posting run management, choose Start of the navigation path Goto Next navigation step Back End of the navigation path .

Result

The system checks all trip transfer documents for the posting run or only those not yet posted. If no errors are found during the check, the system assigns the posting run the status All docs checked. If an error is found, the system assigns the posting run the status Document errors.
