Use

HR administrators can use this iView to display an employee's digital personnel file.

When the HR administrator selects the Display Personnel File link under Services , the system first calls the Display Personnel File (WD) Web Dynpro iView . This iView checks whether an employee is selected in the Search Employees iView.

The system then calls the Display Personnel File Internet Application Component (IAC) iView for processing the master data in the standard system. If an employee was selected in the Search Employees iView, the system enters the employee’s data in the IAC iView.

The IAC iView uses the SAP GUI for HTML for the user interface.

Prerequisites

You have made the settings for the business package as described under Configuration: Business Package for HR Administrator (mySAP ERP) .
You have made the relevant Customizing settings for HR Administrative Services under Digital Personnel File (DPF) .

Configuration

For an accessible version of the Display Personnel File iView, you use the Display Personnel File SAP Transaction iView instead of the IAC iView . To do this, you enter SAPGUI in the Web Dynpro application parameter of the Display Personnel File (WD) Web Dynpro iView . The SAP Transaction iView uses the SAP GUI for Windows for the user interface.
