 Creating and Processing a Worklist for Notifications

Use

Using the worklist for notifications for a maintenance or service order, you can group together similar notifications for processing.

  1. Call up list processing of notifications (IW28) in change mode.

  2. Select the required notifications and create an order.

Assign additional notifications to a worklist

You can assign additional notifications to a worklist in the following ways:

  • In the order, call up the tab page Objects and select one of the following possibilities:

  • In the Notification column, enter the required notification.

  • Choose Notification selection .

  • Call up list processing for notifications in change mode (IW28), and choose Start of the navigation path Notification Next navigation step Assign Order End of the navigation path .

  • Call up the notification , and choose Start of the navigation path Notification Next navigation step Order Next navigation step Assign End of the navigation path .

Delete notifications and included operations

Delete operations with reference to a notification

In an order, you delete all operations that have a reference to a notification in the object list of the order.

The system will inform you when you are deleting the last operation in a notification. The relevant notification will not automatically be deleted from the object list. You must delete the notification manually.
