Procedure

A tenant rents several rental units. You want to combine these into a CLO. The lease-outs still have to be created. At the same time the CLO has to be created.

Choose  Lease-out Create

A tenant already has a LO. He rents another rental unit. You still have to create the new LO. At the same time you want to create a new CLO for both LOs.

Choose the lease-out (LO) to which you want to assign a CLO using  Lease-out Change LO master data

A tenant has several LOs. These have not yet been assigned to a CLO. During the assigning process, you want to create a new CLO.

A CLO exists. You want to assign it to a LO.

Choose the lease-out (LO) to which you want to assign a CLO using  Lease-out Change LO master data

You want to assign more than one lease-out to a new CLO.

Choose  Lease-out Change Change collective lease-out

You want to remove the assignment of individual lease-outs to a CLO.
