You use activities in this activity category when the process flow in the recruitment process requires a change of status for the E-Recruiting objects
Candidacy
or
Application
. In Talent Relationship Management (TRM), you use the activities to release or lock a candidate’s profile for the candidate search.

Status History table (only if you use the activity in the recruitment process)
The table contains all previous statuses of the assigned E-Recruiting object.

Status Reason (contains the customer-specific information as to why the relevant status was set. Status reasons can be defined using the Implementation Guide (IMG) for SAP E-Recruiting.)
Changed On (only after the activity has been created)
Changed by (only after the activity has been created)

If the activity is used in TRM, then this information is available to you and all other recruiters. If the activity is used in the Recruitment process, then this information is available to you and the other members of the support team for the associated requisition and/or application.
