HR administrators can use this iView to display an employee's organizational assignments. They obtain an overview of the employee's past organizational assignments and can use this information to track the employee's career development at the company. HR administrators can personalize the period for which they display organizational assignments. The display is based on data from the SAP application component

The system displays the position history in a list with the staff assignment period and, if required, the staff assignment percentage. For each of the positions, the system displays the corresponding jobs and organizational units with the relationship period (
Relationships
infotype (1001)).
For each organizational unit, the system displays the last manager responsible in the relationship period with his or her e-mail address, telephone number, and room number.
The system displays this data and the corresponding labels only if the data is stored in the system. If no job has been created for the position, the system does not display the
Job
label at all.

Display Basic Data
page of the Employee Informations workset.
HR administrators can also access this iView from a hyperlink in the General iView.
