In the Archive Retrieval Configurator (ARC) initial screen, choose  Archive Info Structure Create .

This takes you to the dialog box Archive Retrieval Configurator .

Enter the required information.

This should include the name of the new archive information structure, the name of the archiving object for which the information structure is intended and a field catalog, which you can select from a list using input help. In the field on the right you can also enter a short text for the information structure

Choose Create .

This takes you to the dialog box Archive Retrieval Configurator .

In the right frame, select all the fields that you want to include in the information structure.

Choose: Include Selected Fields .

The selected fields are included in the information structure in the left frame.

Save your entries Choose Return to go back to the ARC entry screen
