You can use this report to generate a list containing applicant data from various sources, according to your own requirements.
You can access this report in the information systems (for example, the
Recruitment
information system or the
Human Resources
information system).
On the selection screen, you can determine which applicant data is to be displayed in the list.
Selection
The
Period
and
Selection
areas contain the
standard Recruitment selection fields
.
In the
Reference
section you specify whether you want applicants who have been assigned reference personnel numbers to be taken into account, and if so, which ones.
Note
If you define a reference personnel number, the output list displays only the applicants who have been assigned a reference personnel number.
The
Additional data
section contains a field selection, which you can use to add up to twenty fields from various infotypes. Your selection determines the report’s output fields.
Output
The output is an interactive list in the format that is usual for the SAP List Viewer (ALV) Grid Control.
