Use

You can use the following Business Add-Ins (BAdIs) to change the delivery-related trading unit change (DTUC) and the cutting stock transfer to meet customer requirements:

Integration

This function is available in the transactions Delivery-Related Trading Unit Change (MILL_CUT_LBA) and Cutting Stock Transfer (MILL_CUT).

Prerequisites

In Customizing for Logistics Execution , under Shipping → Deliveries → Delivery-Related Trading Unit Change (DTUC) → Business Add-Ins (BAdIs) , you must create and activate your own implementation for the BAdIs MILL_CUT_ADDIN1 (Add-in for Cutting Processing) and MILL_CUT_ADDIN2 (Cutting Stock Transfer: Further Enhancements).

You can use the BAdI MILL_CUT_ADDIN2 to make customer-specific checks in the document lines during the DTUC and the cutting stock transfer.For example, the following checks are conceivable:

The batch must not be cut.

The cutting quantity must be a certain length.

You must post lengths as a multiple-unit batch and not as a single-unit batch . An external batch is available for the single-unit batch.
