Process documentationMy Simplification: Reporting of Employee Data to AFIP (Report HARCMSM0)

 

The Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP) requires companies by law to file the employee data listed below. This process describes how you use the system to do so.

The data to be filed is as follows:

  • Work relationships

  • Additional data

  • CBU (standard banking code)

  • Kinship (life events related to the employee's family)

  • Business addresses

When you submit the report to AFIP for the first time, it includes the data for all employees. After that, AFIP requires you to report all changes at regular intervals. Using this process you can generate the TemSe files to be uploaded into the program provided by AFIP, and also control the update of your database.

Prerequisites

You have entered the life events related to the employee's family in Infotype 0875.

Process

  1. You run the program My Simplification (HARCMSM0).

    • The program generates the TemSe files and

    • Updates the employee database accordingly.

  2. You view the generated TemSe files using the program My Simplification: Management of TemSe files (HARUMSM0).

  3. You download the generated TemSe files using the program My Simplification: Management of TemSe files (HARUMSM0).

Result

After completing this process, you upload the TemSe files with the employee data into the program provided by AFIP.
