 Replicating SAP CRM Master Data

Use

The master data required for SAP Credit Management is grouped in a separate business partner role based on SAP Business Partner .

The master data is distributed using CRM Middleware .

Prerequisites

You use the following systems:

  • A system with FI-CA ( Telecommunications industry component) and SAP Credit Management (SAP ECC 6.0 (mySAP ERP 2005) or SAP ECC 6.0, Enhancement Package 2005.1)

  • System with SAP CRM 5.1

    Note Note

CRM is connected to SAP Credit Management in a customer project solution. An exception is SAP CRM 5.1 for telecommunications.

    End of the note.

Procedure

When the business partner is replicated from SAP CRM, the business partner is created in the Credit Mgt Business Part. role (UKM000) as well as in the Contract Partner role (MKK).

For this mapping, you have to make the following entries in table CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU ( Definition of Function Modules for BP Data Exchange ) in SAP ECC: Note the sequence of the table entries:

You do this in the Implementation Guide for Financial Supply Chain Management by choosing Start of the navigation path Credit Management Next navigation step Credit Risk Monitoring End of the navigation path .
