In the Adjustment objects group box, you determine whether the adjustment run takes account of rental units OR lease-outs, or BOTH objects.

Additional parameters can be used to control the adjustment run.

Sample calculation for adjusting both objects

Lease-out 4711 (with rental unit 11 ) is selected for an adjustment run with the indicator Adjust both. Depending on the settings in the parameters for the base objects group box, the following results are possible:
