Workflow after Candidate Requests an Alternative Password
Purpose
A candidate who has forgotten his or her personal password for accessing the
SAP E-Recruiting
systemcan request a new password. A replacement password is sent to the candidate using the
Assign New Password
workflow (ERCSendPwd).
Prerequisites
The connection between the triggering event
NEWPASSWORDREQUESTED
a
nd the workflow template is deactivated in the standard system and must be activated.
Process Flow
The
Assign New Password
workflow (ERCSendPwd) is triggered when a candidate requests a replacement password (event NEWPASSWORDREQUESTED
)
.
The following workflow scenario is delivered by SAP as standard.
A new password is generated for the candidate. Then the following activity is created:
