You want to maintain the data of an agency of a company that enters applications as a third-party provider within the framework of Entry of External Applications .

The agencies are entered in the system as
SAP Business Partners
.
You can assign a user or a user group (user master record) to each of the agencies. The system then uses these users when entering applications to create automatically a link with the relevant agency. The system then enters this link automatically as the application source.
Recruiters who also enter external applications can use a dropdown list box to assign the agencies stored here to the relevant application entered.

, you defined the relevant third-party providers to which you want to assign agencies.

on your start page. The system displays a list of all agencies that have previously been entered.

third-party provider type
for which you want to create a new agency.
Enter data at least for the fields indicated with *.
Assign a
user
or
user group
to the agency.
Save your entries.
You have created a new agency for a third-party provider type. The system automatically created a business partner for the agency.
When entering an external application, the recruiter can specify the agency as a possible application source.
For the entry of external applications, the system automatically assigns this agency to the application by using users that are assigned to the relevant agency.
