Processing Apportionment Units and Settlement Variants

Define your settlement variants .

If you want to make additional settings, double click the settlement variant.

Caution Caution

If you change previously created settlement units that already have generated cost collectors, it is not possible to change the settlement variant and apportionment unit afterwards.

If you change previously created settlement units that do not yet have generated cost collectors - that is, cost collectors with New status -, you can still change the settlement variant and apportionment unit.

In this case, the system issues a message telling you that the cost collectors are regenerated.

End of the caution.

Assign.

Define vacancy percentage rate for apportionment unit

Enter the percentage rate of costs that the landlord pays for vacancies.

Enter, for example, 80%.

For the service charge settlement for a settlement variant, the system:

a) Posts 80% of the calculated costs of a vacancy of a rental unit (RU)

b) Distributes the remaining costs to the other participating tenants. Costs are distributed in proportion to the apportionment factors
